Morocco in 7 days tour from Errachidia to Marrakech & Desert

Tour Program

Day 1: Airport - Erfoud

Arrival in Errachidia airport, meet the driver, transfer to the hotel. Check in. Overnight at hotel/riad.

Day 2: Erfoud - Desert

After breakfast and on a 4wd comfortable car, we do off-road following the tracks of Paris-Dakar race, passing by oasis, dry rivers beds and fossil mines, a visit to a nomad family is opposed to learn about their life and culture. Later we do a lunch pose in one of the oasis of Sahara desert, in a local's house. After lunch comes the adventure of sand while crossing the dunes to get to the last distention the biggest erg of Morocco where we will change 4wd with the camels, a ride of an hour will lead us to the camp, where we overnight, once on our way at sunset time we will pose on the one of the sand dunes to admire the bright beautiful colors of the sky, before the sun goes down. Dinner breakfast in the camp.

Day 3: Desert - Erfoud

Today you will wake up early to watch sunrise from the sand dunes around your Camp before, having breakfast and shower, later leave the camp again on back of camels to meet the 4wd again and drive to go farther in the desert, around sand dunes to attend more cultural and natural atractions, the kohl mines, the village of black subsaharian people, the oasis and aquaduts system, the market, and much more things. By the afternoon you will arrive to your accommodation and overnight.

Day 4: Erfoud - Toudra Valley - Rose valley

After breakfast we will drive again in direction west by the High Atlas mountains feet to see one of the fascinating desert contrast, the Toudra valley and canyon. Later the Dades and rose valley where we overnight. If you arrive early enough to do a short hike around in the valley will be so nice to see the daily life of people in there.

Day 5: Rose valley - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech

After breakfast like everyday we drive this time north in direction of Marrakech driving through Ouarzazate the city of movies and studios, there we contemplate a visit to studios, and later the lightlight of the day, Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou village where many movies took place partial, like Gladiator, Laurence of Arabia, the jewel of the Nile, and many other famous movies that were primed Oscar. Later we drive through the mountains in the nice wavy road, where you will enjoy the scenery and the valleys, late at the afternoon we get to Marrakech, and overnight.

Day 6: Marrakech Exploring

After breakfast a local guide will meet you at the lobby to go for a travel in back time, at the old Medina, with its labyrinth made of streets full of historical sites and surprise, nice smells and beautiful colors, and a lot of activitie, visit Bahia palace, Badi palace, the Saadian shrine, ending at the heart of the city Jamaa el Fna square, and the souks. At the end of the day you will be back to your accommodation, overnight.

Day 7: Marrakech - Airport

At the acured time, the driver will come to pick you to the airport, drop off.
